How It Works:
We’ll begin by having a brief conversation. To learn more about you, your journey, and the questions you'd like to find answers to. We'll also talk about the experience and the process in a bit more detail.
Next, we’ll do a brief breathing exercise together. This will help to calm any nerves, root ourselves in the moment, and to align our energies a bit in a very natural and simple way.
Afterward, I’ll guide you through a fun and simple exercise, designed to get you in a very loving, joyous, and playful state. This will increase your vibrational frequency so that it can align with that of your Spirit Guides. Think of it like you’re an antenna; and this exercise will tune you into the channels your guides broadcast on.
Then, I’ll guide you through a series of meditations to locate, identify and communicate directly with your specific Spirit Guides. Your guides may communicate using words, images, symbols, scenarios, and other methods I'll discus during the session.
Lastly, I'll help you to interpret and understand the messages shared with you. I’ll also connect with your guides directly, to receive any other messages they may desire to share with you.
