Think of Your Spirit Guides as Your Personal Siri or Alexa
All of us have at least one Spirit Guide while most have twelve or more. And they come in and out of our lives as needed. To help and assist us in our journey along this school called Planet Earth. These guides may be dearly departed loved ones, angels, prophets, ascended masters, etc. Or they may just simply be friends from the spiritual realms waiting to offer their guidance and support.

This will increase your vibrational frequency so that it can align with that of your Spirit Guides. Think of it like you’re an antenna; and this exercise will tune you into the channels your guides broadcast on.
Next, I’ll guide you through a series of meditations to locate, identify and communicate directly with your specific Spirit Guides. Your guides may communicate using words, images, symbols, scenarios, and other methods I'll discus during the session.
Lastly, I'll help you to interpret and understand the messages shared with you. I’ll also connect with your guides directly, to receive any other messages they may desire to share with you.

About Me and Why I Do This Work
As a kid growing up in foster care, I experienced a tremendous amount of pain and trauma. I constantly felt lonely, unworthy, and unloved. As an adult, I was extremely depressed, anxious, and struggled to connect with other humans. It got to the point where I no longer wanted to be on this planet and thought about how I would exit on a daily basis.
Thankfully, I overcame these urges and decided to take a hard look at myself and what was causing me to feel so depressed, anxious, and lonely. While I was in a meditation of sorts, a being of light popped into my imagination and a feeling of love, joy, and acceptance rushed over my body. It was so intense that it instantly brought tears to my eyes. Out of curiosity, I said, “Hello, who are you?” Then I heard a voice say “Hello Christopher, my name is Riskas and I’m one of your guides.” We continued to chat (telepathically) for about 20 minutes. Riskas helped me to understand why I was feeling the way I was and what I could do about it.
Afterward, I contacted a friend of mine that was quite knowledgeable about the “Spiritual/Mystical Arts” and asked her to help me understand what I just experienced. She validated my experience and shared with me what Spirit Guides were and how they work. Since then I’ve connected with my guides on a nearly daily basis and it’s enhanced my life in magical and marvelous ways.
