Free Discovery Calls
Your free connection call is offered at no cost and carries no obligation.
1:1 Coaching Sessions
*You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Refunds are available if:
*You cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled session.
No refunds will be issued if:
*You cancel within 48 hours of the session
*You miss the session without notice
If you are unhappy with your experience, please reach out. We are committed to making it right.
Group Programs & Courses
Due to the immediate access to program materials and the relational nature of group experiences:
Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the content has been accessed.
After this period, all sales are final.
If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for making all scheduled payments.
Digital Products (Workbooks, Downloads, Recorded Trainings)
All digital product sales are final.
If you experience:
Trouble accessing your files
If you encounter a technical issue, please contact us, and we will ensure you receive what you purchased.
Physical Products (if applicable)
If physical items are offered through 40Parents.com:
You may request a refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery if:
*The item arrives damaged
*The wrong item was sent
Items must be:
*Unused
*In original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.
